Welcome to the home of Red Dragon (Wales and borders) Intergroup of Overeaters Anonymous.

The RED DRAGON (Y Ddraig Goch) represents strength, courage, and resilience. We have been gifted these virtues in our recovery from compulsive food addiction.

What is Overeaters Anonymous?

Overeaters Anonymous is a fellowship of individuals who, through shared experience, strength and hope, support each other to recover from compulsive eating behaviours. OA is patterned after the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. We are a mutual peer to peer support network with thousands of members worldwide.

“The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop eating compulsively”; anyone who has a problem with food and exercise are welcome.

“We are fully self supporting through our own contributions” (members make voluntary contributions to group costs, there is no fee to attend).

Am I a compulsive eater?
